Geekify ships with ready-made sections: complete bands such as a hero, a row of feature cards, a pricing table or a FAQ, with spacing, background and type already set. You add one, fill in the fields and move on to the next. ## Add a section In the HubSpot page editor, open the add panel and choose Sections. Geekify's sections are listed with a preview of each. Drag one onto the page where you want it. It arrives with sample copy, so you can see the layout before you write anything. Replace the sample copy first, then the images. Leave the layout settings until the words are in, because the right spacing depends on how much text there is. ## Set the background and spacing on the section Each section has its own controls. Select the section, not a module inside it, and you will find its background (plain, tinted, dark or one of the theme's background presets) and its padding. Setting these on the section keeps the band consistent however many modules you put in it. ## Order the page like a conversation A page reads well when each band answers the question the last one raised. A pattern that works for most product pages: - A hero that says what it is and who it is for. - A short section on how it works. - Feature cards for the three things people ask about most. - Proof: numbers, quotes or logos. - A FAQ, then one clear call to action. The home page of this demo follows that order, and every band on it is a section you can add to your own pages. ## When a section is not quite right Add or remove modules inside it, or swap a module for another from the library. If you find yourself rebuilding the same band on several pages, save it as a section of your own from the page editor so the next one takes seconds.
